People do not have time to cook or prepare their own meals at home, so most of the time they are eating out or order fast food. But other people argue that only genuine vitamins from natural sources can help maintaining our health, others are just marketing gimmicks.
What about my opinion? Besides learning from Health Facts you can find on the internet, I think that maybe you should try for yourself. Compare your health condition when you consume additional supplements and when you do not. But in my honest opinion, those supplements cannot give much health benefit if all the food we eat are junks. We have to be realistic and keep a healthy lifestyle of consuming mainly healthy food, free from artificial ingredients.
